Ridge Road Partners aims to consolidate the case management software industry. According to Adam Jiwan, the merger of the two companies offers a very exciting platform for growth. According to Needles owner Bryan Billig, they had been approached several times before by interested parties prior to the transaction. He revealed that the offers were no match to that offered by Ridge Road. Ridge Road clearly demonstrated similar values, culture, and focus on the customer that had been at the core of Needles. This makes Ridge Road the perfect fit for customers, employees, and technology. Billig could not contain his excitement on the merger as they try to find new ways to help their law firm deliver for the clients of Ridge Road.

Ryan Pakter of Ridge Road will continue to spearhead the overall business from its head office in Coral Gable, Florida. He will take charge of expanding the development of Needles and offering their hosted cloud solution to the company’s customers.

For Robb Steinberg, Founder of TrialWorks and Head of Product for the combined business, the merger is the culmination of a long-standing ambition.
